During this time, I feel many of us have been given an opportunity to go deeper into our healing, our true nature, and hopefully our overall health. There is no doubt with so much uncertainty many concerns and stresses are on our minds. We could all use a little TLC with so much that is going on. Acupuncture and different modalities that I incorporate are amazing tools that help reconnect you with your highest nature that sometimes can get a little damper or lost, I have been there many times, and these are some modalities that have helped me along the way.

Initial Treatment (1.45 hrs)
This entails an extensive intake period to get to know your medical history, lifestyle, and environment. We will proceed with the appropriate treatment(s), which may include any of the following: cupping, acupuncture, supplemental/herbal prescriptions, wellness coaching- In-Office

Follow-up Acupuncture Treatment (1hr)
In-Office Acupuncture and any other modality that is appropriate for what we are treating.
